Accessing Career Opportunities via KohlerNet:

For current Kohler associates, the preferred login method is through KohlerNet under ASSOCIATE DEVELOPMENT > KOHLER CAREER OPPORTUNITIES. This way, the system will be able to identify you and will not prompt you for log-in information. Through KohlerNet, you are also able to see the job openings that are currently posted internally.

Accessing Career Opportunities via the Internet:

If you are accessing the Kohler career opportunities system outside of KohlerNet from the internet, you will be prompted for a user ID and password. For your initial log-in please use:

USER ID:    KO + clock number (5 digits) (ex. KO12345)
United States Associate PASSWORD:    Kk + last 6 digits of your SSN (ex. Kk123456)
Canadian Associate PASSWORD:      Kk + your birthday (KkMMDDYY)

The job openings you view through the internet only reflect the opportunities that are posted externally.
